Customer Referral Program
CCM Insurance's referral program is a financial reward program for our clients who recommend our services to relatives and friends. It's very simple and there are only advantages to participate.

I WANT TO BE A REFERRER, what should I do?
1. Apply to the policy Student&Working Holiday Cover>>
2. You must click " LIKE" on our Facebook page>> and confirm that it has been done. In order to confirm, please email us a screenshot of our Facebook page from your Facebook account that shows clearly that it comes from your profile. Please find below, two examples of screenshots.
> From a computer, you need to connect to our Facebook page via your Facebook profile and take a screenshot
> From a mobile phone, you need to go to Facebook, then Help & Settings ->Settings ->Activity log.
3. Then refer our insurance to your family, friends (they just will need to enter your name on their application form on line, box 'referring friend's name') on Facebook, blog or travelers forums and receive a discount of 5% of the premium you have paid (per mate) with a maximum of 5% of their premium. You will then be re-credited on the credit card with which you have paid on our website. Your mates also receive 5% credit after completion.
I AM A REFEREE, what should I do?
1. Apply to the policy Student&Working Holiday Cover>>
2. Enter the first name and last name of your referrer in your application form (box is named "Referring Friend's name"). Make sure your referrer has fulfilled the conditions :
> He/She has subscribed to the policy Student&Working Holiday Cover>>
> His/Her insurance policy is still valid
> He/She sent us their screenshot (see explanation next paragraph)
3. You must click " LIKE" on our Facebook page>> and confirm that it has been done. In order to confirm, please email us a screenshot of our page from your Facebook account that shows clearly that it comes from your profile. Please find below, two examples of screenshots.

4. That's it! Your 5% discount will be re credited on the credit card you used for the payment of your insurance policy. A confirmation by email will be sent (either in the email that contains your certificate of insurance or in a separate email)
5. You can now refer our insurance to your family, friends on Facebook, blog or travelers forums and receive a discount of 5% of the premium you have paid (per mate) with a maximum of 5% of their premium until your insurance policy expires. The offer is not limited in term of number of friends, that means that you can gain more credit than you paid for your insurance!

I travel with my PARTNER or FRIENDS and we want to recommend each other, what should we do to get this reward?
Good news! You can also sponsor each other without the support of any other referrer.
1. Both of you must apply to the policy Student&Working Holiday Cover>>. You can subscribe with the same application form or separately, it does not really matter.
2. In your application form(s), in the field "Referring Friend's name", enter your names (on separate applications or together)
3. Next, both of you must click " LIKE" on our Facebook page>> and confirm that it has been done. In order to confirm, please email us your screenshot(s) of our page from your Facebook accounts that show clearly that it comes from your profile. Please find below, two examples of screenshots.

- That's it! Your 5% discount will be re credited on the credit card(s) you used for the payment of these insurance policies.
- You can now refer our insurance to your family, friends on Facebook, blog or travelers forums and receive a discount of 5% of the premium you have paid (per friend) with a maximum of 5% of their premium until your insurance policy expires.
Example of calculation
For instance, if you refer 10 friends, you will receive 50% refund of total of their insurance premium! Your friends will also receive 5% discount on their own premium.
An example? You have subscribed for 12 months to the policy "Student&Working Holiday Cover>>". Cost of this insurance was 428€. You refer a friend for the same policy and for the same duration, you and your friend receive 21.40 euros (5% of 428€). You refer 5 friends, you will receive 107€ and each of your friends 21.40€ and so on.
Notice there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
Additional information you need to know
- Note: We may end this special offer without further notice.
- You cannot combine this discount with other discount programmes. If unsure, please contact us in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
- Discount is not paid when referred people are already overseas.
- You must hold a valid policy, as described above, to be entitled to this discount.
- You must provide evidence you comply with these instructions within 8 days after payment of your application.
- Payment of discount is subject to compliance with these instructions by both, referring and referred friends.
- You cannot change referring friends after application is made and paid.
- This offer is not available in case of renewals. However, customers renewing their policy can apply for the same discount on request prior to renew.
